The Obelisk stands at Discovery Gate which was originally the entrance to the site. It was erected to commemorate the start of the campsite in September 1946

And now the finished items. A good start to revamping the play area mainly for our younger members. Please ensure an adult is on hand to supervise at all times as use is entirely at your own risk & we accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries however caused. We hope to build more as & when money becomes available.
