From M1 Junction 22 - Take the A50 towards Leicester (SE) to the first roundabout & turn 1st left onto Markfield Lane. Continue down Markfield Lane for 1.4km/0.85miles & then turn left on an un-named track at grid reference SK 507100 & continue to the top of the track, passing straight on through a steel gate. The car park entrance is the 2nd gate on the right at grid reference SK 504105. (See map link below)

On arrival, please park in the car park (please park close & sensibly) & report to the wardens cabin opposite. Vehicles carrying heavy camping kit/food supplies will be allowed past the barrier & up the track to unload & should be returned to the car park within an hour. Please observe the speed limit, watch out for speed bumps & children & keep all vehicles on the track at all times. People in vehicles just carrying people or personal kit will be asked to park in the car park & walk on site. (No bicycles to be ridden onsite) | |
